Treatment:
Thorough initial examination to determine the reason for the pain, to determine what specifically is causing the pain.
Manual physical therapy combination of soft tissue and joint mobilization from highly trained therapist with residency and fellowship training post graduated from PT school.
Scientific Therapeutic Exercise Progression – specific exercises prescribed for the treatment of the individuals injury and dysfunction, specific to each patient, not merely given a general sheet of exercises for pain of a joint.
Home Exercise Program - specific home program or gym program established for each client to allow them to continue to get better on their own.
